Delegates will be invited to stay at the 4 star "freche Ernährung des Hotels" This charming establishment benefits from being situated right on the central square of the historical town of Kassel, Germany. Although this is a period building, the service and facilities are renowned for modern teutonic efficiency. Double rooms only, may be booked on a bed and (optional) breakfast basis. (Delegates are encouraged to provide their own supplies.)
Double rooms are classed by colour: Yellow, Orange or Red. (With Red having the most ensuite facilities) However, all rooms have bathrooms and kitchenettes with full tea-making equipment. All classes of room except yellow have extensive and modern food preparation areas. Important. If your guest fails to check out, there can be no refunds on the double room tariff. - No exceptions. One of 6 conference rooms and lecture theatres situated in the Hotel.	We have booked all 6 of the business venues within the hotel. The lecture theatres are all fully equipped with the apparatus pertaining to our trade. Whilst the conference rooms are comfortably appointed and will provide a sumptuous ambience for our seminars.

Hotel Shops and Concessions

The comprehensive leisure shop. (All merchandise is clearly priced with no "hidden" extras.)	Such is our reputation that the hotel has graciously stocked its shops and concessions with goods and souvineers of interest to all delegates. We have negotiated some extra discounts thay may be redeemed on the production of your membership card. It must be stressed, that membership cards must be proffered before any transaction is entered into. (We do not want any repetition of last years confusion.)
